Fics like a heavy heart to carry

“You saved my life,” Johnny told him, first covering one of Kenshi’s hands- still clutching the blade- with his own, then laying the flat of his palm on Kenshi’s chest, over his heart. “It’s yours.” He told Kenshi, and Liu Kang knew he didn’t just mean the sword. (The fight against Mileena goes a little differently, and Liu Kang- and Sento- try to help in the aftermath.)
