Fics like Package Deal

Johnny never expected a delivery route to change his life, but one rainy doorstep leads him to Simon, a quiet mechanic with a guarded past, and Eli, his kid who barely speaks but watches Johnny like he’s stepped straight out of his favorite cartoon. Johnny learns he looks a lot like Captain Blaze, Eli’s superhero obsession, and somehow, that’s enough to earn him a place at their table. Simon’s trying to hold everything together. Johnny’s not sure where he belongs. But maybe, just maybe, they’re exactly what each other needs.
