Fics like Cult of Secrecy

"Let me make sure I have this right," Chat Noir said. "Ladybug got not one, not two, but five of her friends akumatized at once... because she didn't want to tell them she was Ladybug." Ladybug laughed, but this time it wasn't a joyful sound. It was hard and dry, like a month-old jelly doughnut. "Yeah, that about sums up how absurd my life has been recently. I didn't need to be so nasty, but in my defense, I was panicking; they almost found the Miracle Box. Anyway, after you left... after the fight... we all made up and they promised to wait until I was ready to tell them my secret and stop pushing me. But Alya stayed behind after everyone else went home, and I think she was expecting me to tell it to her anyway. I almost did, but I... didn't." - OR - A Miraculous Ladybug AU where Marinette does not reveal her secret to Alya after Gang of Secrets, but to Adrien instead. Somewhere along the way, Chloé finds redemption.
