Fics like dive into you

“Eddie!” Buck shouts, entering the house so aggressively that the front door slams into the wall. Eddie wakes with a start where he was dozing on the couch with some cooking show on in the background. “What?” he says, exasperated “Oh, hey there you are.” Buck says at a normal volume. “Come help me.” “With what?” Eddie replies, but Buck is already back out the front door. “Buck!” he shouts after him to no response. He sighs and rolls off the couch, shoves some shoes on his feet, and stumbles outside, blinking in the afternoon sunlight. Buck is behind his truck, pulling something out of the bed. “Buck, what is this?” “A pool!” Buck says excitedly. — or, Buck and Eddie get a pool.
