Fics like Yellow Walls, Fading Names

When Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort plunge off the catwalk in the middle of battle, death should be the end. Instead, they awaken in the impossible, ever-shifting nightmare of the Backrooms — miles upon miles of empty yellow corridors, the hum of buzzing lights, and something in the walls that remembers more than it should. Separated at first, they each face a slow unraveling of identity, memory, and will. But the Backrooms don’t just want to trap them — it wanted to change them. Voldemort finds himself stripped of his magic and his monstrous form, left with only the face and body of Tom Riddle. Harry begins to forget who he’s fighting for — or against. The labyrinth tempts them with peace, reshapes their thoughts, and slowly ties their fates together. Survival means relying on each other. But escape may be the one thing the Backrooms will never allow.
