Fics like raindrops, heartbeats, a song just for you

“Oh, Yukkie! How long have you been here?” Ruka asked, her eyes widening in surprise. “Just a moment… Sorry, I didn't mean to spy on you or anything,” Yuki mumbled. “It started raining when I was outside trying to do some programming, so I thought I'd hide here for a while… I didn't expect anyone to be here. I didn't want to interrupt you either…” “No need to apologize, you didn't do anything wrong,” she replied with a smile. “You really could've just said you're here though! Come down here, it looks like it's gonna rain for a while and the couch is probably more comfortable than the stairs.” “Is this really fine with you…?” Yuki asked hesitantly. She had assumed that since Ruka came there by herself, she wanted to be alone… “Mhm. You said you wanted to do some programming, and I'm just doing some song writing. I'm always happy to spend some time with Yukkie, even if we're doing different things." The relationship between an idol and a 'former' fan can be a little complicated at times, especially when it comes to love.
