Fics like At Home in Your Arms

After the baseball game where the boys got drunk and went back to Neil’s house, Eric finds the pictures and audio recordings Coach took of 8-year-old Neil, like in the movie. However, this moment helps Eric truly understand who Neil really is, while Neil finally comes to terms with how badly being groomed has affected him. A bit of a deep dive into the layers of Eric falling in love with Neil (more relevant to the book), as well as a deep dive into Neil’s buried feelings about what happened to him as a kid.
