Fics like Cheers to the Victors

What does it mean to be cool? Is it the way you dress? The way you walk? The way you act? That’s something one uma is still desperately trying to figure out. But if there’s one thing Vodka knows for certain, it’s that this brand-new trainer is definitely not cool. And then there’s her, Daiwa Scarlet. The one girl Vodka can never seem to get along with, no matter how hard she tries. Rival? A best friend? Something else entirely? Even Vodka can’t name whatever’s growing between them. Or maybe she doesn't want to. Her team doesn’t make things any easier. Tamamo Cross, the cocky, stubborn ball of lightning who's dealt with judgement her whole life. And Haru Urara, the softest ray of sunshine imaginable, trying so hard to help everyone that she forgets herself. In the middle of all this, Vodka is forced to confront her biggest question: If being cool is all about being yourself… then who exactly is Vodka supposed to be? If you need to escape the mountain of Vodsca angst and sadness out there, this is the fanfic for you! Real life, Anime, and Game inspired. More shenanigans. Less weird stuff. It’ll be a grand ole time.
