Fics like Shelf Improvement

Cody Fett is the frazzled and overworked brother/adoptive parent of his six younger siblings, ever since he petitioned for custody following their father's abandonment eight years previously. When a trip to their local library goes awry, Cody will do whatever it takes to win back the favor of the handsome, copper-haired librarian—all while fighting to keep the chaotic, affectionate, safe household he has created for his siblings against the forces that threaten it. Written for Codywan Week Day Six, Library AU
