The first thing Yushi noticed was Sion hugging him from behind, again. That wasn't a problem, Yushi actually secretly likes whenever Sion is clingy during their sleepovers. However, it was the second thing Yushi noticed that left him without a clue as to what he should do next. He felt something poking his behind, and it took him a few seconds to realize that it was Sion’s morning wood. One thing he could do (and probably also the morally correct thing to do) is just continue to wait for Sion’s boner to go away and pretend none of this ever happened as soon as Sion wakes up. Another thing he could do is just indulge in it… Just a teeny bit.
