Fics like Good Enough

Minho has always considered himself a pretty understanding boyfriend. He’s had years to get used to who he is—years of awkward glances at other boys, slow realisations, and eventual, quiet acceptance. By the time he joined JYPE and Stray Kids, his sexuality was something he wore like a second skin: private, yes, but not buried. He knew who he was, what he wanted, and who he loved. And eventually, so did those close to him. Jisung had been different. Watching him figure himself out had been both beautiful and terrifying. There was a vulnerability to it, the way Jisung looked at him with wide, wandering eyes, like Minho was something sacred, something dangerous—like loving Minho meant stepping off a cliff and hoping the wind would catch him. Minho would catch him every time. Or: Minho starts feeling insecure about being good enough for Jisung.
