Fics like All will love her and despair

Anakin's first swan dive into the depths of the dark side was particularly gruesome. He did in fact not only kill the men, but the women and the children too. And when that fact was discovered, he was swiftly recalled, fairly judged, and locked in the halls of healing with a half dozen mind healers to try and rehabilitate him (if that at all was possible). But it didn't stop there. When it was also discovered a certain senator not only hid that fact from the galaxy for the better part of three years, but also married him, she wasn't treated so fairly (at least in her opinion). Expelled from the senate, ostracized by her friends and family, forced to live in isolation, all while pregnant too?! It really is no wonder she did what she did. (Or: Padme's crashout after she gets thrown under the speeder for Anakin's massacre. Also much more dramatic than the summary implies, I just suck at summarizing.)
