Fics like A Scarlet-Haired Past and A Violet-Shrouded Future

Sumire Yoshizawa had high hopes, when she went overseas to participate in the Grand Festival. After her attempt at proving herself went badly, she returns home, stewing in shame that nobody else seems to share - especially given that her twin sister just earned her Championship title. Returning to school at the nearby Academy, Sumire resigns herself to a semester or two, and a Treasure Hunt, of mundanity while she figures out what to do with her life now... ...but, well, life rarely goes exactly as planned. Just ask the pair of Cyclizar-like Pokemon that crash-landed near her and her sister.
