Fics like Alternate Universes Exist, but the Closest is Dystopian

May of 2021. A year earlier, COVID and lockdown were still new things. A year later, Russia and Ukraine would be at war. The United States was still recovering from the shock of January 6th, and the first 100 days of Joe Biden's presidency had just ended. Let's have the entirety of the USA react to an alternate universe, shall we? Basically, the US from mid 2021 react to the The Fire Rises mod from HOI4, and definitely don't panic about it.
