Fics like Two Fishes On A Fishing Wire

When Sousuke's father offers his family a trip along the coast on a borrowed sailboat, Lisa sees an opportunity to learn more about Ponyo's parents so she decides to invite them too. What initially starts as a cordially awkward relationship between the two couples unexpectedly evolves when they realize they have more in common than they ever thought... It's a shame, though. What they do have in common... is that one of them always leaves and the other is always left behind, which then leads to a very serious conversation about their true feelings. Can they really solve this problem before the trip ends, for the sake of their children?
