Fics like Tamed in silk

The first few months were sweet, strange. Mydei never asked for much. He sent drivers, made restaurant reservations, and opened a credit card for the young man. Phainon would play coy and bratty, stretching out on Mydei’s couch, texting during dinner, pouting when he didn’t get his way. But Mydei never lost his composure. Never raised his voice. Instead, he looked at Phainon like he was something fragile and wicked at the same time—something that needed to be tamed, owned. It made Phainon want to misbehave more. “You could be anywhere tonight,” Mydei said now, folding one leg over the other. “But you’re here. Why?” Phainon blinked. “I like your bathtub.” “Liar.” A pause. “I like the way you touch me after I’ve had a bad week.” “Closer.” “I like you.” That did something. A flicker in Mydei’s expression—pleasure, maybe. Or hunger, dulled but steady. He rose from his chair with the practiced ease of someone who knew exactly how much space he took up, walked over, and sat beside Phainon on the couch. “You’re such a handful,” he murmured, fingers sliding through Phainon’s hair. “And you love it.”
