Fics like Unfolding Paper Wings

CONCEPTUALIZATION - With the new brain, you should have got a new name, don't you think? What kind of name is Harrier? EMPATHY - It's the name of a deeply emotional person. ENCYCLOPEDIA - Actually, it's a wartime name. Revolutionary. PHYSICAL INSTRUMENT - The name of a warrior, then. AUTHORITY - The name of a leader. LOGIC - It's just what you were called after you woke up. A name. Nothing more. No need to romanticize it. SUGGESTION - I believe we like "Harry" better. It's soft. It fits in your mouth like it belongs there. HALF LIGHT - But Harrier knows things. He was in the crash. He might be all that's left of who you were. ______________________________ After a motor carriage crash leaves Harry Du Bois with no memories, he’s sent to the Saint-Batiste Dolorian Orphanage. There, he meets Kim Kitsuragi, long before the events of Martinaise.
