Fics like Where The Plum Blossoms Fall

In a land on the brink of unraveling, Kaguya and Subaru stand on opposite sides of a dying world. As Azuma’s fate hangs in the balance, both are plagued by haunting dreams - fragmented memories of another life, a forgotten village, and a monumental bond that had been all but breakable. Kaguya fights to restore harmony. Subaru seeks to tear the rot out at its roots. But as battle lines blur and the past begins to resurface, they’re forced to confront and unravel truths neither of them expected. A plot retelling of Guardians of Azuma with Kaguya in the lead and Subaru cast as a reluctant antagonist. This story dives deep into their shared history, shifting loyalties, and the quiet, aching love that blossoms again - even after everything in between.
