Fics like N.O.V.A.: A Future Untold

It began as an experiment: a fusion of genius, biology, and ambition. Ruan Mei and Herta never intended to create a child out of sentiment, only science. But when their brilliant, lab-born daughter, Elara, is flung into the past during a temporal accident, she ends up face to face with her creators, before they ever imagined her existence. Stranded in time, four year old Elara knows only one thing: her mothers are here, and she must find them. But Herta and Ruan Mei don’t remember her, because she doesn’t exist yet. As the lines between research and affection blur, two of the universe’s greatest minds are forced to confront a future they never planned… and a child they might not be ready for.
