Fics like Ruby Leaves

After returning to Remnant and finding themselves in Vacuo, Team RWBY finds itself short a leader, as Ruby Rose takes a hopefully temporary step back from her role, and from the team in general, to focus on her mental health in the wake of what happened in Atlas and the Ever After. Her teammates take this about how one would expect. But as Ruby knows from her time spent obsessing over weapons, sometimes you have to break something to make it better than it was to start with.
