Fics like Re:Forgotten Shattered Rebirth

Three years have passed since the death of Subaru Natsuki, killed by the very kingdom that he once protected. Years later, the world simply isn't the same. Strife and sorrow pervades the kingdom as it stands at the precipice of destruction. Its Queen, fueled by rage, cannot restore order to a nation perhaps beyond repair. And it is in this madness, that Subaru Natsuki return to the Dragon Kingdom of Lugunica. He was forgotten, he was remembered, and now he must restart from zero yet again ------- Re:Forgotten Shattered Restart is my own darker take on "Another Chance" with the kingdom and the main cast all being in a rather miserable state.
