Fics like The Edge of the World

Seyka has committed the ultimate crime. After stealing a Diviner’s Focus in an effort to save her people, Petty Officer Seyka is cast out of the Quen. Thrown into the wilds with nothing but her sword and the desperation to stay alive, she journeys east to seek shelter in the bustling settlement the locals call Meridian—away from the spears of the Tenakth and the bloodlust of the rebels. After months of struggle, death, and grief, Seyka has reached the farthest edge of the Sundom, finally seeing the path to Meridian within her reach. Until she meets a redheaded huntress in the woods of the Daunt… wielding a Focus. A complete retelling of Horizon Forbidden West, set in an AU where Seyka joins Aloy at the very beginning of her adventure in Chainscrape.
