Fics like the arrangement (what could go wrong?)

Galinda Upland is an up-and-coming architect with one of Oz' premier firms, Morrible & Diggs. She's most definitely straight. (But, still, she has sex with women and tells herself it doesn't count.) Elphaba Thropp is the dour, antisocial chief legal counsel at the same firm. She's bi. She has needs. People aren't exactly lining up to date her, and Galinda is convenient, even if Elphaba knows better than to get involved with the most closeted woman she's ever met. (Besides, she's absolutely not looking for anything but sex.) And thus, the arrangement. Reader, you'll be shocked to find it goes off the rails.
