Fics like Butterfly across the multiverse

Shinobu Kocho dies fighting Upper Moon Two, Doma, sacrificing herself by poisoning her own body to weaken him from within. As her consciousness fades, a cosmic rupture triggered by Thanos’s Snap tears across dimensions—ripping her from death itself. She awakens alone in a quiet Tokyo street—five years before the Avengers restore the world. Disoriented but alive, Shinobu quickly realizes she’s somewhere far from home, in a world scarred by loss. She blends into the shadows, surviving quietly, helping those left behind by the Blip. Over time, she finds a friend in April, a fierce-hearted community worker, and later, a kindred spirit in Bucky Barnes, who understands the weight of blood and redemption. Shinobu doesn’t know why this world claimed her. But she refuses to let it break her.
