Fics like Soon Shall Come the Olive Trees

Emma, a solitary and socially awkward comic book illustrator, never expected to cross paths with a Yautja. To protect her friend from an imposing Executioner named R’Kaal, she blurts out an impulsive promise: “I’ll help you find a consenting human woman.” What begins as a clumsy escape attempt gradually draws her into a world where honor, vengeance, and the rigid rules of a dying species collide with fragile humanity. Between a taciturn warrior who refuses to take what is forced upon him and a woman who never wanted to be chosen, an unlikely bond forms… and perhaps something deeper.
