Fics like You Wear the Crown

An episodic story of a predator who falls in love with his prey. Renfield finds work as a mortician's assistant following his release from a psychiatric hospital in New York, and his life very quickly changes forever. Featuring a budding relationship with a social worker, an intense cop with a secret soft side, and a mysterious boss who is either everything Robert has ever needed or his ultimate ruin. Set in the 2010's. Renfield and Dracula are both human. While there are no vampires here, there will be plenty of blood. (Okay, there might be some vampires, but not real ones.)
