Fics like No Rush (Just Let Me Take A Breath)

Tony can handle stress. That doesn't mean he wants to. A little stress pushes him into his lab to work on projects. Mild stress makes him start to push back and resist. Total stress makes him shut down, utterly and completely. Before he gets to that point where he shuts down, 100 percent, all stop, do not pass go, he disappears. He packs up and leaves town and disappears for days or even weeks at a time, shutting down his cell phone and not responding to anyone or anything. Pepper does all she can to make sure that doesn't happen, but when Steve stresses Tony out and things are piling up at work, Tony takes off and he takes Peter with him. OR Iron Dad and Iron Fam fluff with minor Avengers angst.
