If Jihyo had Sana’s status, she’d work damn hard to keep it. She wouldn’t let it pull wool over her eyes. She can’t afford to lose, especially not now, especially not when Ferrari’s managed to put together a car that’s competitive enough to hold it’s own. Her new race engineer is competent enough. Their pit crew is quicker than they’ve ever been. Ferrari isn’t all bad – Sana is just one problem, one little thorn in her side. They drive the same car. Clearly, someone on the team thought Jihyo could match Sana’s driving style. Even if Sana, in all her holy Tifosi benevolence, disagreed. Intense, that had been how Sana described Jihyo’s first test ride in the sim back in the Maranello factory. She’s too hungry for this. It’s not going to end well. Jihyo signs a one year contract with Scuderia Ferrari for the 2025 Formula One season after spending four years in a back-marker team. Her teammate is her former childhood idol, Minatozaki Sana. The chip in Jihyo's shoulder does not make this easy for anyone.
