Fics like I know! You know!

A mysterious patient gets sent to The Pitt with a gunshot wound, sealed off with a tourniquet by his best friend. The guy keeps mentioning things about his senses and spirits, and makes shockingly accurate statements about the staff. What secrets is this guy going to reveal? And who is he? OR Shawn Spencer finds himself in an ER bed, bored out of his mind until the staff gets some tests back. Fortunately for him, the strange group of doctors are holding enough secrets to make his stay as interesting as possible. Gus keeps worrying about him, and claiming he's got 'PTSD', but the only one at the hospital with Pessimistic Thoughts about Supernatural Deities is Gus. And probably the rest of the staff, who keeps freaking out when he mentions ghosts, and the possible shooter still at large in Pittsburgh.
