Fics like Who is Donald Duck?

Donald asks himself a question. And he's looking for answers in things that belonged to different versions of him. *** Donald was in the floating house, sorting through things, ignoring the folder of bills. After the lunar "cruise," the folder had grown thicker; another series of failed interviews and one-day gigs was definitely piling up in his life. He thoughtfully tossed an old, tattered T-shirt into a pile of rags. All he could do now was sort himself out. He wanted to understand who he was before all this lunar madness. If someone were to ask him what lunar madness was, he would answer without hesitation: the last 11 years of his life. Yes, since the moment Della's thoughts were with the stars, not with the children. And until the moment he found himself on the huge sea monster of cousin Fetri. Pure madness. Donald was trying to understand who he was. A silly question; here he was sitting in a pile of junk that had once been Donald's life. F. Duck. Band T-shirts, torn jeans, buttons, a notebook with sheet music, a notebook with songs, CDs, cassettes, players. This was all teenage Donald, before the fleet.
