Fics like Stars Shining in the Darkness

Dick had found a way to move on. He finally learned to be an older brother to Jason who more than barely tolerated him. He’d gained two more brothers in Tim and Duke—both whom brought him just as much joy and laughter as they did unrepentant frustration most days. He’d gained a sister in Helena, chasing behind him like a little duckling determined to be his successor in the cowl. Selina went from just being his dad’s on-again-off-again pathological thief girlfriend and was now more or less a free-spirited aunt—sometimes even closer to an older sister. Dick hated when Bruce died. He also liked the life he built afterward. A father and son went to Ethiopia. The father didn't come back. In the wake of Bruce Wayne's death, his family has to figure out how to live in a world without him... and somehow manages to grow bigger even without his chronic adoption habit.
