Fics like Cold Metal, Smoldering Embers

In the aftermath of the challenge of BFDIA 18, the after credits shows some of the WTFers spending the night together. Later on, Leafy is seen gazing at them angrily before her face turns wistful. She is haunted by fractured memories of Firey and the burning consequences of the competition, she grapples with the consequences of her transformation into an unfeeling Yoyle-metal shell. But when a familiar flicker of flame reappears as the WTFers create a small campfire, Leafy must confront whether her armor is stronger than the ghosts of warmth she once knew.
