Fics like Izuku Midoriya's Guide to Not Dying

“Just lay back and bite this, OK?” Shouta nods, looking at the kid in front of him. Now, through half-lidded eyes, he can distinctly make out his features. Biting the Recovery Girl rag, he observes. Freckles, green hair, matching green eyes. Although if you look closer, one of his eyes has an almost darker hue to it, as if he's wearing contacts in one eye. However, something else catches his attention. Not a part of the young boy's body, but an accessory. There, crushed between green curls, a golden, butterfly hair clip is mushed in-between. “Sorry, this is going to hurt. Bite the rag if it gets bad.” The butterfly boy apologizes, and although kind-toned, he doesn't sound like he means it. He reaches into his belt again, this time successfully grabbing a knife on his first try. Also Recovery Girl themed. For a second, Shouta thinks he's going to use it to cut the half-assed attempt Shouta himself gave to bandage his leg. Get a better look at the injury, right? Oh, how wrong he is. And before Shouta can blink, the kid stabs him. OR: Izuku Midoriya has ‘Thou Shall Not Die’, and is desperately trying to get away from Mori.
