Fics like Home

Taehyung never expected to become a single father at twenty-seven, but when his wife walked out after giving birth, he was left to raise their son, Taeon, alone. Despite the support of both his and his ex-wife’s family, balancing fatherhood and work has been an uphill battle. Then Jungkook returns—his ex-wife’s younger brother, fresh from studying abroad. What starts as a casual visit quickly turns into something more when Taeon, who refuses to be comforted by anyone else, clings to Jungkook like he’s the only safe place in the world. Taeon only eats when Jungkook feeds him, only sleeps when Jungkook holds him, and only stops crying when Jungkook is near. With exhaustion weighing heavy on Taehyung, their families come to a decision: Jungkook should move in and help raise Taeon. Jungkook agrees without hesitation—because, somewhere along the way, he has already become more than an uncle. Taeon is his baby too.
