Fics like To Know is to Love

It was easy to forget how little they knew about their leader. Scott's always there. Whether he was putting a stop to their shenanigans or keeping them safe he's constantly around. Somewhere along the line, they learned a few things about him. He was stiff, he was quick and intelligent, he worked hard. They hadn't realized how impersonal the things they knew about Scott were until they started learning more of the important things. The real, deep, character-defining things that told him why he was the young man they've come to know. Even if not everything they stumble across is kind they're honored to know more about their friend. -- or -- Six things the other X-Men didn't know about Scott Summers and one thing none of them ever questioned.
