Fics like I've Been Excused (I've Got Reasons)

Tony has been excused from an upcoming meeting with SHIELD and the team, but Steve insists that he stop slacking off, go to the meeting and do his job. Tony goes. But there's a reason he's been excused. Peter has been missing for three days, and Tony is running on too much caffeine, too little sleep, and more stress than he can handle. OR The one where Steve presses him a little too hard in a meeting, and Tony stalks out with tears in his eyes.
