Fics like Bodyguard: An RE4 Remake story

In dreams, it was easy to pretend that the world was perfect. The smell of sunshine and flowers, the hint of a rain that followed close behind, and the caress of casual summer felt warm on his face. He remembered laughing – though he hadn’t done it in so long that he’d forgotten, it seemed, how to really feel it. Not really a mystery when the last six years of his life had been nothing but darkness and loss. It had to be different, he thought as he stared out the window at the dreary night that closed like a fist around him…it had to be different. It just did. And this time...he wasn't alone to face it. ----- I already wrote them together in the original and called it Obscurity. But this is me trying my hand at Remake Leon and his darker, broodier, more lost self. Why? Because I do what my brain wants. And this is what it spit out. The story will go on after 4 to progress the main pairing. Smut will eventually make it's way in because that's just my way and the romance progresses.
