Fics like A Deal of Consequence (Vol 2)

Claudia built a good life after surviving Paris. Sure, it was messy. Her parents thought she was dead for most of it, and... there was that whole part about becoming companions with both her dads' ex and his minion. (To be fair, that somehow ended up being the best happy accident thus far in her unfortunate afterlife.) Now that's she's finally healing and able to exist in her new age-appropriate body, she wants to see what immortality was actually cracked up to be. Alas, due to her own dumbfuckery (saving these idiot men she's stuck with), Akasha has awoken, and she wants Claudia. A Queen needs her angels, doesn't she? The Unholy Family, old blood and new, chosen and inherited, has survived everything the world has thrown at them by staying together. Akasha is betting they won't survive her. She might be right. Post IWTV S2 with Queen of the Damned arc. Show and book canon mix. Found family, ancient mythology, and the long, ugly cost of survival. Complete!
