Fics like From the First

The hands—the suggestion of hands and fingers in a play of light and shadow—clenched for a moment before going slack again. In the long silence that followed, Jayce tried to get his bearings. They were in a cave, but the entrance was close enough for the moon and stars to cast their pale light inside. He stood slowly, using the wall Viktor sat against to balance without his leg brace. One shuffling step towards the entrance; another. The air was clear and cold, sapping all warmth from his body. "We are a tad underdressed for the weather," Viktor said dryly, seeing him shiver. Jayce laughed. "We're underdressed for everything except one of Count Azika's famous parties." - A post-canon fic of Jayce and Viktor getting to talk... and not talk.
