Fics like rescue bites
When a tentative bond between Buck and Abby—one Buck hadn't even known about—starts rotting, with Abby abandoning him and going on her Eat, Pray, Love trip, Buck is left sinking rapidly into an Omega Drop—one that is bound to kill him this time around. Surrounded by friends, halfway into a 24-hour shift, Buck drops without anyone realizing it but Eddie, who springs into action. When the only thing that can save Buck from dying from a drop is a rescue bite—tying him and Buck together and severing the tentative bond between Buck and Abby—Eddie is faced with a tough choice: to bite, or to not bite? Eddie bites. - or: i hate abby, make her even worse, and end it with some good ole getting together w/ buddie (and my first 9-1-1 fic! ever!)
