Fics like you two are connected by a pure coincidence

It’s been a long, long time since Satoru was last overwhelmed by sensory input. He wouldn’t be now, even if he wasn’t wearing a blindfold. But watching crowds move long enough for his brain to start trying to separate people into individuals is a sure-fire way to give himself a headache, and he’s got no interest in suffering that kind of pain. Satoru scans the crowd out of sheer habit anyway, Six Eyes sweeping over cursed energy fluctuations, too messy to be considered signatures. It doesn’t tell him much about the people he’s looking at. There’s no one sensitive in this crowd, not even enough to work as a window. Definitely not anyone the school would want him to scout out even though he’s terrible at recruitment. There’s a certain kind of dishonesty required that Satoru can’t be bothered with. Except there is something worth noticing in the crowd _ In Sendai Station, Satoru comes across a red sea.
