Fics like Nocturne

Park Jimin, private investigator and alpha, is tired. Worn down by the city and it’s sins, emptied out like the whiskey bottles in his apartment. he’s fueled more by bitterness than rest and he knows he can’t keep going like this for much longer. Enter Jeon Jeongguk, enigma and professional dom, and possibly the answer to Jimin’s many problems. Driven by desperation and no small amount of curiosity, he agrees to enter the other wolf’s den, and finds so much more than what he was expecting. Jeongguk is magnetic, sharp as knives and smooth as steel, and there’s something about him that keeps Jimin coming back, something that coaxes him into letting down his guard, something that makes him want to give in to more than just the pull of slumber, but also the promise made in each look Jeongguk gives him. Or a story that is a slow song on a dark night, red silk rope on a four poster bed, a glittering city and it’s dirty streets, a safe space up a narrow flight of stairs, bathed in amber and gold, a place to get lost in, a place to come home to, a place to be found.
