Fics like Tim and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Tim’s day was going pretty poorly even before Ra’s sent him flowers. First, he went to bed approximately an hour before he was torn out of it by his blaring alarm, purely because he had been a good Samaritan and helped Jason with a case. Jason hadn’t thanked him, but then again Jason hadn’t threatened murder, either, which for him was practically an invitation to brunch. The hour of sleep, unfortunately, was almost worse than getting nothing at all, because instead of powering through, the brief rest allowed his body to figure out that was all it was getting and promptly punished him with a pounding headache. Then at Starbucks some idiot employee had forgotten the two extra expresso shots in his usual, so he was both late to the office and caffeine-deprived. By the time he saw the flowers, he was thoroughly pissed. Then Damian showed up.
