Fics like Amending Colours.

Three years after the events of Volcano High, Anon is piecing his life back together. Working as a hospital janitor while saving for a nursing degree, he’s determined to move forward, but the scars of his past still weigh heavy. When he meets Olivia, a young woman lost in the aftermath of her own tragedy, the two form a bond that begins to heal the wounds they thought would never close. But as Anon and Olivia help each other rediscover hope, an unsettling presence looms over their fragile new lives. Shadows of the past stir, threatening to drag them back into a nightmare they thought was over. Anon must confront his deepest guilt and find the strength to protect the second chance he’s found, not just for Olivia. But for himself. This is a story of redemption, recovery, and the haunting echoes of choices made. What would you risk to save someone, and yourself... from the darkness?
