Fics like Nightmare Birdsongs

There was an unspoken rule in Gotham, do not under any circumstance piss off Robin and that was the original Robin. Some of the Rogues still had nightmares about that laugh, the chirps and calls of birds mixed in with old haunted Lullaby in a language they couldn't decipher. When Robin grew and became Nightwing then the rule changed. It was such a shame that the newest upstart never got the memo, never realised that behind the bright cheery smile was a Monster and pissing him off was a no go. Unfortunately, it was a lesson learned the hard way and even more so that most of Gotham's Villains were in the line of fire, because said upstart did the unthinkable. He had taken a Robin.
