Fics like Wanted - Steamy Version

Orlock coughed, “What do you need? I have a busy schedule.” “I read in a book…I was just wondering” Vanitas stammered. This was turning out to be even more humiliating than the useless chat with that ignorant Noé. But he needed to know. He and Jeanne had already been careless and he was pretty sure she would be back for more. Jeanne lived by her instincts so it was up to him to make sure there were no unforeseen consequences. “Out with it.” Orlock grumbled. “How… how does it work for vampires… I read that vampire women can control their fertility. How can one be sure a vampire woman won’t get pregnant when...” Vanitas’ voice trailed off into an inaudible mutter. Nox responded first by bursting into laughter so hard she had to brace herself on the edge of Orlock’s desk. Manet gaped in shock, blushing an even darker shade than was creeping onto Vanitas’ cheeks. Orlock choked, and had to cough a few times to regain his composure. Vanitas glared daggers at Nox, who didn’t seem inclined to stop giggling.. NOTE: Updated 1/15/26: small edits as I prepare to continue the story. Based on a headcanon about vampire reproduction and how that might be different considering their abilities and lifespan.
