Fics like The cracked wall and the loop at the end of the universe

Amelia Pond has a crack in her wall and an Imaginary Friend. This allows her to have a very special relationship with the Universe. Madoka Kaname was living a perfectly ordinary life with her family until she received a letter from Amelia, with a very peculiar request for help. "There is something wrong with the universe. At some point in the past, something called a time explosion shattered it, leaving behind countless scars. One of these scars can be seen in my bedroom wall. It looks like an ordinary crack, but it is far from ordinary." So of course, Madoka is happy to help the gang solve these problems, while at the same time solving her own personal third problem. Getting close and getting a date with the mysterious and aloof Homura, who has recently started in her class. *** Homura has no idea what is bringing so many changes into this loop, but she would be grateful if they stopped. She has enough to deal in a regular basis, for this.
