Fics like Sheppard Moon

An ancient outpost hidden offers salvation from the Wraith, until it starts to break down. A story of bravery, suspicion, trust and sacrifice for the ones you love. Caldwell's eyes widened as he stared out the ship's windows, their demise growing ever more real as they were pulled headlong down towards the moon's cratered surface. "Options?" he shouted. "Death by impact, or death by explosion," Hermiod answered. "Those aren't options!" "Then I don't have any." Hermiod said matter-of-factly. "We are all going to die in approximately eleven minutes." Caldwell just shut his eyes. Not their best day. (Repost and revision from ff.net, originally posted in Season 2, before Inferno).
