Fics like Back to the start

“Well, I imagine the situation might be complicated due to Viktor’s weak constitution, and the fact that your bonding mark seems to be recent. But regardless of that, let’s focus on the future, shall we? Congratulations, you’re pregnant!” Both men stared at the doctor, frozen. Victor was the first to react. “I AM WHAT!?” *After the arcane imploded, canon Jayce and Viktor wake up in an omegaverse reality, but they have no idea. They plan to make the most out of it, but the slight differences in this new reality will flip their plans upside down, and push them to face their biggest fears, with the opportunity to achieve their biggest dreams. (Happy fix it fic where everyone is alive and happy with some plot, but nothing too bad happens because i need to cope after the s2 ending. Also here you go, i offer you all my fav tropes since many of them are lacking in this ship's fanfics. Also, yes, the title is a line from The scientist from Coldplay because that song is so THEM)
