"he obviously has feelings and cognitive thought, though,” seungcheol relays to the other magic-user. “i can’t just.. leave him like that, now that i know he’s alive.” because every time seungcheol reanimates wonwoo, the being remembers. even after being reanimated again and again, wonwoo doesn’t forget what happens when he was alive, like a save file being opened over and over again after crashing. "please don't leave me," wonwoo’s pleads haunt the both of them. "i want to be alive." and if there were any words more heartbreaking than those, seungcheol had never heard them. or, wonwoo’s not really alive in the way seungcheol and jeonghan hope. at least, not yet.
